Our Electrical Division Covers the following
scope of work:
- Substation electrical installation works-400KV / 132kv / 11kv / 440volt.This covers installation of GIS switchgear, Transformer, 11kv Switchgear panels, Local & Remotecontrol panels, laying and termination of power /LV/ control cables, Battery and chargers etc.
- Testing & commissioning of GIS substations up to 400KV
- Laying of EHV cables up to 400 KV grade.
- Supply, Laying, splicing and Termination, and testing of EHV cables (300KV,132 kV grade)
- Supply, installation, termination, splicing and testing of HV/MV cables (400KV,132 KV,33KV,11KV, 3.3 KV), Low voltage and Control cables with cable management systems
- Installation, alignment, testing and pre commissioning of electrical equipment at Power Plants, EHV substation (MEW), and 11kv substations for KOC, KNPC, & petrochemical sector
- Supply, installation of FO cables including excavation, supply& installation of ducts, sub ducts, Man holes and Hand holes, patch panels and termination of FO cables for communication.
- Excavation (manual and equipment based) of trenches, cross country trenching, supply of approved grade concrete tiles and cable route marker etc.
- Supply and installation of the Stainless steel/ Fiber
glass Cable tray & supporting systems. - Field Instrumentation – Installation, Control room instrumentation, DCS &.ESD, New and Retrofit installation, testing and commissioning
- Oil filtration services with high vacuum pump, circulation tanks, transfer pumps and BDV testing of transformer oil for Power stations and up to 400KV Substations
- Supply and installation & maintenance of lighting systems, lighting poles, area lighting, street lighting etc.
- Supply and installation of Earthling and grounding system. Technical study and report submission for Power Factor Correction system and harmonics Filter.
Supply and installation of the PFC Panels.
