RANK General Trading & Contracting Co., the local agent of Hydro Middle East in Kuwait, was pleased to take part in the technical seminar organized by the International Tamil Engineers Forum (ITEF) – Kuwait Chapter on 27 October 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Kuwait.
Titled “Engineering Reliability Solutions for Rotating Equipment,” the seminar was presented by Eng. Thomas Arakal, Managing Director – MENA at Hydro Middle East. The session explored engineering studies, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), real-world case studies, Digital Twin technology, and Hydro University. The event also featured a technical session on Failsafe Electrical Actuators by Schiebel, bringing together engineering professionals and industry representatives for technical discussions and knowledge exchange.
During the event, ITEF Kuwait Chapter presented tokens of appreciation to RANK’s senior management in recognition of their valuable guidance and support in conducting the seminar. The recipients included Eng. Atallah Al-Mutairi, Chairman of RANK, Mr. Ali Al-Mutairi, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Shahul Hameed, Chief Operating Officer. Eng. Mohan Raj, Technical Sales Manager at RANK, was also among those recognized.
