RANK General Trading & Contracting Co. participated in the NEXT 26 Kuwait Industries Exhibition and Conference, held on 28–29 October 2026 at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel in Kuwait, alongside its partner, Taihan Kuwait Fiber Optic Cables Co.
The exhibition brought together representatives from the public and private sectors, industrial companies, and business leaders to highlight the role of national industries in supporting Kuwait’s economy, encouraging innovation, and strengthening local production.
Through its participation, RANK highlighted its role as an EPC contractor delivering integrated solutions for Kuwait’s electrical infrastructure and industrial sectors. The company’s presence also reflected its commitment to supporting local industry and contributing to the development of the country’s infrastructure.
Taihan Kuwait, a joint venture between RANK General Trading & Contracting Co. and Taihan Cable & Solution Co. of South Korea, showcased its contribution to Kuwait’s manufacturing sector as the first and only local manufacturer of optical fiber cables in Kuwait. By producing fiber optic cables locally, Taihan Kuwait supports the development of Kuwait’s telecommunications and digital infrastructure while strengthening local supply capabilities.
The participation provided an opportunity to connect with industry professionals, exchange knowledge, and explore potential collaborations across the industrial sector. It also highlighted the value of combining local manufacturing capabilities with RANK’s contracting and project execution expertise to support Kuwait’s development priorities.
